What about calls in the Nordics and Baltics?⌃
You can use calls, the internet and messages in the same way in Finland, the Nordics and the Baltics – at domestic prices (Finland). Calls made from Finland to other countries are charged according to the international price list.
Do you offer number parking or multi-SIM?⌃
Not yet. We focus on our core product and its performance. Additional services will be considered later.
How do Giga Mobile’s speeds compare to others?⌃
Exactly on par. We use DNA’s network, base stations and capacity. 4G covers 99% of Finns and 5G already 96%.
What happens if my phone needs repair?⌃
You’ll always get a free loan device from a Gigantti store for the duration of the repair. Life doesn’t stop even if your phone does.

2. Contracts⌃
How do I switch to Giga Mobiili from another operator?⌃
The easiest way is to visit your nearest Gigantti store. Just choose a Giga Mobiili subscription and tell us whether your current contract is fixed-term. We’ll take care of the rest – hassle-free.
Can I keep my current number?⌃
Of course. Your old number follows with you. We’ll handle the transfer.
How can I change from one Giga subscription to another?⌃
You can change your plan at a Gigantti store or via customer service. Please note that with a fixed-term contract, changes are more limited than with an open-ended contract.
How is the billing method chosen?⌃
By default, invoices are sent to your email. If you want a paper invoice, please contact our customer service.
Can I have the subscription in someone else’s name and grant usage rights?⌃
Yes. The subscription holder is responsible for the invoices, but usage rights can be given, for example, to a family member.
Does Giga Mobiili offer broadband or business subscriptions?⌃
No. At the moment, we focus entirely on consumers and mobile subscriptions.
Do subscriptions include unlimited data?⌃
You can use the internet, calls and messages in the same way in Finland, the Nordics and the Baltics. In the EU, fair data allowances apply, and elsewhere clear roaming prices apply.
How can I terminate my subscription?⌃
Contact our customer service and we’ll take care of it (+358 45 7735 3535 or asiakaspalvelu@gigamobiili.fi. If your subscription is not fixed-term, you can also terminate it at a Gigantti store.

Is the customer service number chargeable?⌃
No. You only pay the normal local/mobile rate (pvm/mpm). Calls from a Giga Mobiili subscription are free and the customer service is included in your plan.
In which languages do you provide service?⌃
In Finnish and English. All service is provided in Finland, and you will be assisted by a team specialized in Giga Mobiili customer service.
